Downstairs consists of a shower-room, modern kitchen and open-plan sitting/dining room with two French doors onto a covered, south-facing terrace.  Circular stairs lead up to a landing off which are two double bedrooms each with twin beds and there is also a good sized bathroom.
 

The modern kitchen is fully equipped with washing machine, dishwasher, large fridge/freezer microwave and cooker. There is also satellite television including British programmes and radio.
 

The terrace is equipped with table and chairs for al fresco eating and a gas barbeque.

The pool is 8 x 4 metres and there are comfortable loungers with cushions plus umbrellas.  Although the pool is shared with the owners you will, in reality, have virtual private use.

NB In accordance with new French legislation the pool will be fenced off for the 2004 season.

The house is suitable for winter lets as it has full-central heating and an open-fire in the sitting room. It is also very convenient if you are house-hunting in the area.
